We are thrilled to announce that Dunrobin Street Medical Centre has been honored with the Pioneer Award for our outstanding efforts in reducing our carbon footprint this past year. This recognition is a testament to our unwavering commitment to sustainability and our dedication to creating a healthier environment for our community.
Throughout the year, we have implemented numerous impactful initiatives aimed at reducing our environmental impact. Some of our key actions include:
Reducing the use of hot water
Changing the medication of some of our patients to use lower carbon emission products
Making 95% of all communication paperless
These efforts, along with many others, have significantly contributed to our success. We are proud to be part of a larger movement, with 233 other practices across the UK also participating in this initiative. It is inspiring to see a growing community dedicated to sustainability.
